Either I throw it too low and catch it or I don't throw it high enough and then I can't catch it...yet. So yeah can someone please help me?

I am so tired. I had to get up at 7:15 AM because I went to winter guard camp. Which was from 8 - 11. Quite fun actually. I got to take home a practice flag so I need to practice soon. Not good at the toss or the drop catch. The routine we did is kinda confusing. I wish Bridget still lived in my neighborhood so she could help me.

[edit] Crystal is going to come over in a little bit if i get my bedroom and bathroom cleaned. Which I just finished my bathroom so yeah. But that should be fun. After I clean I am going to practice with the flag. Blech. I need someone that knows how to do it to help me. But I am getting the twirling and I can walk and spin//twirl it at the same time.
